AFSA Scholarship

Each year, AFSA awards five high school seniors $2,500 scholarships to be applied toward college tuition. Students are selected based on their academic achievements, personal growth and level of community involvement.

AFSA started the college scholarship program in 1994 to help students pay for the rising cost of college tuition, and the 2013 scholarship application is now available. The deadline for submitting your application is March 29.

Rules for Application:

• Student must be a child of an AFSA member in good standing
• Student must be attending college for the first time starting in 2012
• Application must be completely filled out and submitted to AFSA Headquarters no later than Feb. 29, 2012
